Some Important Things to Know:
- Perseverance pays off. Remember to follow up your ideas and pitch your idea to everyone.
- Colby is big. You may often not realize that someone else is pursuing the same idea you have. Seek and collaborate. Check with the SGA, EAG and professors what’s going on.
- If you have relatively simple to implement idea on campus the EAG is a good place to submit your ideas.
- Create a good setting for meetings. Light a fire, dim the lights. Background music and cookies.
- Advertise. General announcements, posters, table tents, door knobs, facebook, class shout out. Go creative. Great events fail to be if no one shows up!
